Welcome to Colors and Customs

Long recognized for their ability to restore their customer's vehicles back to pre-accident condition or better, the management decided to take their ability to the next level. "I feel we have an obligation to our customers to do the finest repair possible, to protect their investment," stated Clarke, referring to the purchase of a laser measuring system as a means of three dimensionally measuring the unibody structure of the vehicle and restoring the vehicle back to the exacting standards as required by the manufacturer. "While very costly," says Clarke, "we saw the value of having the very best equipment available and the ability to print out the before and after blueprints to our customers. Due to its cost, it's my understanding that there are very few, less than a handful of shops with this technology in the entire State." |

We Specialize In: Our Policy: Different than the business philosophy of the DRP (Direct Repair Program) shops who contract for volume work at discount rates with major insurance companies, Colors and Customs will not agree to any contracts with any insurance company as it is an anti-consumerism act designed to remove the vehicle owner from the repair process by allowing the insurance company to make all the major decisions on who, how much, and how the repairs will be made. It also offers no benefit to the customer. Our policy is very clear. Nothing is done without the owner's input and knowledge of the procedure and costs involved. All repairs done by Colors and Customs are guaranteed, unless otherwise stated. Not every repair is the same nor are the customers and their needs. We work closely with our customers for the best end result, based on their situation. OUR CUSTOMERS ARE THE BOSS, not the insurance company. |
